It's never too late to start on a good thing. Planning is the most important part of having a business of your own and without planning it impossible to see any growth.
As the group Artisan Trails in Washington County moves forward with registering as a Not-For-Profit organization it takes a lot of planning and a bit of finesse make sure that all our ducks are not only in a row, but in the right row!
As you plan for the success of your business no matter what your craft is, it's important to make sure that you promote well. Since the goal of Artisan Trails in Washington County is to help promote the artisans and artists who live in Washington County by bringing the public to your Shop, Studio or Gallery. That said, why not get your "ducks" inline with a lot of other Washington County Artisans and Artists and focus on the July 2019 Event which has been created to bring the public to you and for you to shine!
If you are interested in participating in the 2019 event or would like more information about the event please email; firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to add you to the growing list of interested participants or to answer any question you have.
Focusing on the Future!
We've had a meeting recently to discuss what is needed to proceed with our designation as a Not-For-Profit organization and we're going for it!
The best way to serve the artisans and artists as well as to encourage the public to wander the back roads of Washington County is to get more information out there. It's not an easy thing to pull together and with help from some of the local businesses we think we will succeed this year in spreading the word more efficiently.
That said, as soon as we have the 501 (c)3 set up we'll be hitting the road to find some sponsors and to encourage more artisans/artists to participate.
Any artisan/artist who is interested in participating in the July 2019 Artisan Trails in Washington County should email email@example.com .
The list of people wanting to participate in this event is growing and as we the promotional end we will need to have an idea of the number will be for the list of site locations as well as locking in on what (if any) registration fee will be charged to each artist or artisan.
One major change this year is the ability to have HUBS in which participants can show their work if they don't have a studio/shop/store of their own to display their work.
