Artisan Trails in Washington County NY is a self-guided, county wide event held the second weekend in July. During that weekend, registered artisans and artists invite the public to visit their shops, studios or galleries.
The purpose of this event is to educate the public about the skill and processes that go into the production of craft or artwork. The public may even be able to watch these craftspeople create. During the event visitors will be introduced and discover the hidden talents of the artisan citizens as well as delight in the outstanding vistas within Washington County. We believe that through education and personal contact with each artisan, visitors can become loyal customers and supporters of the diverse craft traditions currently practiced in Washington County NY.
We look forward to another July and to welcoming new participants and visitors to the Artisan Trails in Washington County. We hope to see you too!
